• Permits are not valid until the approval process is complete and payment has been received and processed.

• All permits are virtual and are linked to your vehicle's license plate number (Ensure you enter it correctly to avoid citations). Physical permits will not be provided. If you are using a rental or borrowing another car at any point, please add the vehicle information to your parking ePermit.

• You can add up to four (4) vehicles to your account, but only one (1) vehicle can utilize the permit at a time.

• All account holders are responsible for updating their permit information, including vehicle/license plate, address, etc.

• Always park between the lines in designated spaces. Parking along the curb or "creating your own spot" in a parking lot can cause traffic disruptions and can even place others in dangerous situations by blocking emergency vehicles.

• There is to be No LOITERING on the premises.

• A credit card processing fee of $2.50 will apply per transaction.
